Warranty
Information
Ashlyn
offers a no quibble 90 day return to base warranty on
all products sold unless specifically quoted differently
(e.g. new equipment may be offered with manufacturers
warranty).
In
practical terms this means that if we supply any product
under our standard warranty and
- It
arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA) - Ashlyn will pay for the
product's return and repair/replace it at no extra
charge to the customer.
- It
arrives working, but develops a fault within the
warranty period, the customer must return the faulty
product at their expense and Ashlyn will repair/replace
it.
The
time taken to replace/repair the faulty product will
vary with availability. A typical time is 5 working days
from receipt of the faulty item. It should be remembered
that we want customers to come back and purchase other
equipment, so we try really hard to ensure that any
faulty item under warranty is sorted out as soon as
possible.
